HDB JURONG WEST JEWEL,
Singapore

Housing & Development Board

2023

Jurong West is the largest town in the Western part of Singapore, and is home to an estimated 258,100 HDB residents, with approximately 74,301 flats. The upcoming Jurong Lake District, a huge industrial development plan to make the West of Singapore the city-state's second business district, is expected to transform the area into an attractive location to live, work, and play.

With so many promises, it is not surprising that another HDB development – the Jurong West Jewel - has sprung up. For this development, the services of Project Innovations, a member of the ONG&ONG Group, were sought to manage and oversee its completion. Rigorous planning, strict adherence to timelines, and a commitment to quality are evident throughout the construction process.

The architectural vision of Jurong West Jewel revolves around sustainability, community, and aesthetics. The project features a modern and environmentally conscious design. Additionally, the integration of communal spaces, such as rooftop gardens and communal dining areas, fosters a strong sense of community among residents.
